speaking of the notebook i recently sat down with the backing of the big screen romanced nicolas sparksime for valentine's day he is creating bigger than life big screen of love is just part of the filmmaking. people are almost always disappointed in their own real-life relationships because it never matches the idyllic world that guys like you are creating. i'm writing that period of time when you are falling in love with someone. aside from the escapism could the films be almost educational? he shows the reality of people struggling together, fighting the odds and ultimately ending up together. if you are looking for love it's ok to take a few clothes from romantic comedies... be content with the niceties of everyday relationships, it's not necessary to have richard gere driving up in his white limo with a bouquet of flowers saying i love you that's probably not going to happen. >> you don't see the morning and the week into the year after and how much work it is negotiating a compromise. there are relationships that are loving and dynamic but they take work they don't happen effortle
