nicole lapin live. good morning. >> hey, very good morning to you, scott. big story of course, the european markets and u.s. futures higher across the board after news that the u.s. debt deal came out of washington late last night. investors you buoyed by the news. now the plan includes raising the debt ceiling and a two-part deficit reduction plan. the first $900 billion spending cut and then $1.5 trillion established by a special committee to be voted on in december. the plan will be voted on later as today expected to be done by the deadline tomorrow. there are concerns that the liberal democrats may not support the plan as it's missing revenue increases and conservative republicans may reject the plan as there is no balanced budget amendment. so, a little bit of you know this from your trading days, maybe sell the news tomorrow. also, three more u.s. banks failed including the first this year in virginia and indiana. the fdic reported integra, virginia business bank and bank of meridian failed. integra is the third largest to fail this year. according t
