good morning, nicole. >> hey, good morning, guys. you're right. investors may be taking a little bit of profits after yesterday's big market rally. futures are lower but pretty flat. the surge was sparked by the fed which said they would keep interrates ultralow for the next two years because of the slow economic recovery. the dow fell 200 points after the fed announcement and swank up in the other direction. that kind of market reaction, think of the financial crisis in 2008. asian and european markets are also rising. when the dust settled, the dow finished 429 points or 11,239. nasdaq rose 134 to 2482. cash-strapped americans this morning are trying to stretch the life of their cars even more. a new aaa survey finds 54% don't want the financial burden of a new car, 25% neglected repairs or routine maintenance in the last year, 28% say they couldn't afford a $2,000 repair bill. folks that used tsh religious 3,000 oil changers are more like 5,000 miles or more in cases. those are the latest headlines out of cnbc, back to you. >> thank you very mu

nicole lamoureux, it's great to have you with us tonight.e main health concerns for the residence in that region and in that city? >> ed, i'm talking to everyone. it's about access to health care. we have people that are telling us i don't have a doctor anymore. my doctor is gone. let alone -- i don't have a place to go, to take care of my diabetes and my cholesterol, which are the top two diseases that we're going to see next monday at the health care center. >> now there was one hospital that recovered and is not in operation, is that correct? i understand you've seen that hospital. >> i've been to that hospital. it's amazing to me. there are beds in it. there are not people in those beds. there are not people at that hospital giving that health care. think about that. there's no place for these residence to go. that's pretty scary when you're a mother and you don't know where you're going to bring your child. >> why does the national association of free clinics go on the road and do this? >> the reason we travel all across the country is

nicole touched a little bit on bank of america. it looks like that will be the latest financial institution to cut down its work force. reports say the bank is planning to slash about 3500 jobs in the current quarter. these layoffs are in addition to the 2500 cuts the bank has already made so far this year. making the move as part of a broader restructuring which is expected to lead to more job cuts. "the wall street journal" says 10,000 jobs could be eliminated. hewlett-packard shares fell another 6% after hours. the boards of h.p. and autonomy recommended autonomy shareholders accept h.p.'s almost $12 billion offer for the u.k. software company. shares of autonomy are soaring 77% in european trading. meanwhile, difficulties in the consumer market have h.p. considering spinning off its p.c. business. the company is killing its touchpad tablet which is launched just a couple of months ago. all of this news forced h.p. to report earnings early which beat estimates but concerns over futures, considerations weighed on investors there.

nicole, what did you see today? >> i saw people who were waiting in line, and they were sad, and they were angry, and they told me they wanted a job. they didn't want to be uninsured. they didn't want to be unemployed. and they walked out of here feeling as if someone cared about them. they felt as if they had a purpose and they got their health care taken care of today. i saw this one, this is the story that hits me the most. she brought her mammogram here, because no one read it for her. she had been without her diabetic strips for three years. she didn't know where else to go, she came here, got her free prescriptions and then she left because she was going to her part-time job. >> and there were americans who came in here today who found out they had cancer, correct? >> five diagnoses today. >> doctor, you saw one. what happened? >> very pleasant gentleman, looked to be in great shape. complained of a sore on his buttocks. he had a mass on his buttocks that definitely was going to be cancerous. sad. what i like
