nicole brewer joins us now at the chester police station. nicole? >> and erika ukee, the youngest victim in this shooting just 14 years old and the man who died, 21 years old. let's go ahead roll video of the scene. police say the victim, all males, standing on the sidewalk at third animal america streets around 11:00 p.m. thursday night, when two gunmen approached and began firing. two juveniles were struck along with 47 year old man that 21 year old was hit multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. sadly, marking the city's seventh homicide this year. now, we speak to his cousin, who said this is the second son his mother has had to bury within the last year. so, a very sad night of senseless violence here, in the city of chester. in the meantime, county detectives are assisting chester police in this investigation. anyone with any information is urged to call police. so that's the very lateness chester outside the police department here. we send it back to you in the studio. >> nicole, thank you. firefighters say a candle

"eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us with the investigation. >> good morning, guys. the despite giving that initial statement to police and volunteering a blood sample the three two-year old from new york has not spoken with the ntsb and has instead hired a lawyer. at this point the the only information surfacing about engineer brandon bostian comes via social media. on his linked in page he began his career with amtrak in july 2006 working first as a passenger, conductor and four years later as an engineer. just hours after that crash we now he changed his profile picture to the black square in an attempt to hide his identity. following the crash he was treated at the hospital and then released but his unwillingness to speak struck a cord with mayor michael nutter. the chairman of the ntsb said they will not pass judgment before they have the the facts. >> this person has gone through a very traumatic event and we want to give him an opportunity to heel for a day or so before we interview him but that is certainly a high priority for us. >> clearly, it was reckless

"eyewitness news" reporter nicole brewer joins us now at the chester police station. nicole? >> and erika ukee, the youngest victim in this shooting just 14 years old and the man who died, 21 years old. let's go ahead roll video of the scene. police say the victim, all males, standing on the sidewalk at third animal america streets around 11:00 p.m. thursday night, when two gunmen approached and began firing. two juveniles were struck along with 47 year old man that 21 year old was hit multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. sadly, marking the city's seventh homicide this year. now, we speak to his cousin, who said this is the second son his mother has had to bury within the last year. so, a very sad night of senseless violence here, in the city of chester. in the meantime, county detectives are assisting chester police in this investigation. anyone with any information is urged to call police. so t
