reporter nicole collins joins us for more. good morning nicole. >> yeah, good morning. winter weather did a number open on the midwest this weekend. that storm continues to grow as it moves to the east to the northeast imparticular. hard freeze warnings are in effect as far east as florida. here are pictures of what happened. this is the digout in wisconsin that is well under way. you can see blanketed with snow. not too uncommon for that region. here this is atlanta. this may prove to be a bigger deal for residents there. they are not used to it. this storm certainly does have quite a bit of a reach and travel delays of course play a role in all of that. the nations airports in some areas canceling flights. delaying flights. and the faa actually today not reporting any delays necessarily but i don't think that is good to go by. with all the flights canceled. certainly they will have to be rescheduled. you do want to check with your airline if you do have air travel. let's go to the metrodome story. everybody is talking about it. it's amazing to see this come crumbling
