in washington, nicole killian, wbal-tv 11 news. >> of baltimore man is behind bars accused of molesting a 13- year-old girl he is said to have mentored. lisa robinson is live at police headquarters downtown. she has the very latest. >> according to police documents, charles shelley had access to the victim. in fact, he apparently had gained the confidence of her family. >> 44-year-old charles shelley is charged with molesting a 13- year-old northeast middle school student on december 7th. >> he is charged with several sex offenses and assault all stemming from an incident that occurred this past december. >> according to charging documents, after school, shelley drove his son and one other girl to their homes before the incident. he stopped at a dollar store and bought some baby oil. he drove the girl to a park where they watched christmas movies on his ipod before things got "weird." he removed her jacket, began touching her breasts and rubbing her back with baby oil. when he realized the park was about to close, he drove to a parking lot where they watched more movies and he attempted
