i'm nicole zaloumis. i'm looking forward to that. hat off to all the trail blazing women this morning. >> i say amen to go. good morning, everybody. i'm reed cowan with two trail blazing women. >> i'm gianna franco. straight to traffic. if you are headed to the bay bridge, look at all the flashing lights on the lower deck of the bridge. getting reports from chp that this is a deadly crash and unfortunately on the lower deck near that treasure island on ramp. there are lanes blocked and several lanes at least two to three lanes and here's a different perspective. more of a birdseye view. and lot of activity there on scene. we're just getting more information in and as far as traffic goes, as far as the backup goes, it's countercommute and you are going to see less cars in that direction. but again, this is going to be a very slow commute for very -- lot of people if you are planning on traveling out of san francisco into the east bay. these closures can take several hours especially for the investigation so we will keep an eye on that

i'm nicole zaloumis.ell, why don't we take a live look outside on this rainy thursday morning and we have declared another first alert weather day. so as you wake up this morning, you might see some flooding in your neighborhood. we're seeing some of that in the north bay and check out this road in windsor. it's looking more like a muddy river there. also in sonoma county, the office of education announced that the quashie yea school district is closing for the day because of the weather. be mindful of your surroundings. a few trees fell yesterday as well and this one here blocked highway 1 near timber cove and also took down a few power lines. over on harrison and bryant here in san francisco you can see the patches of water in the intersection. just another reminder, take it slow today because you never know how deep these puddles can be. and here's a look at the latest pg&e outage map. looks like san francisco and the south bay are seeing the most customers without power this morning. but still pretty

i'm nicole zaloumis and let'stake a live look outside on this wednesday morning. we made it halfway through the workweek. and it is hump day. and i'm really looking forward to what the weather is, jessica, because i feel like the bay area has been so hormonal lately. warm outside or raining. what do we have for today. >> today the last much-needed dry day for us here in the bay area before we head into a wet next couple of days where we're going to be seeing showers here in the bay area and heavy snow for the friends up in the sierra. but today is a gorgeous day. upper 40s and lower 350s throughout the bay area. as we wake up and head out the door. high pressure also settling in. blue skies and temperatures warmer compared toiled meaning we can see some upper 60s today for the daytime highs and once we head into the late evening hours tonight early morning hours tomorrow, it's game on when it comes to rain moving in from offshore. we'll watch that trend really enhance as we head into our friday and saturday forecast and we're going to split the weekend in half. by
