ashley: you bring up very good points, nicole. gary cohn says the markets have not taken into account the tax reform. most of analysts we speak with say we have, but not fully. what are your thoughts? do we get another step up now that this is in place? >> i have to agree the run-up we had, taxes played a little bit into that. remember, stock markets are forward-looking. that being said now we're getting certainty, projections for s&p earnings next year will be ratcheted up. eight to 11% projected growth next year. that is ratcheted up to 13 to 17%. coupled with tort reform, areas like the banks will probably be doing well, an increase in capital expenditure expensing, so there are some positives i don't think that have been fully baked in that will definitely put a floor into this market next year but i would be very surprised to see the type of numbers we put up this year. ashley: rob, let me follow up on that. techs are doing so much of the heavy lifting. small number of companies really leading the charge upward but those comp

. >> i'm nicole brewer. in for ukee washington. across the region people are getting ready for the first snow. we have live team three coverage from the shore to the city. let's start with meteorologist kate bilo tracking the storm >> it's moving in at a pretty good clip but it will take awhile for the snow to start to spread. right now and through the next several hours this is a shore and delaware beaches storm. that's where the snow is coming down right now, look at this red shading over maryland, i'll zoom in, that is very, very heavy precipitation, headed toward the delaware coast line, heavy snow and rain you can see the mix line along the coast to very tight gradient heavy rain out to sea, heavy snow back inland and we're seeing some of the heaviest in our region over sussex county delaware and moderate snowfall into portions of cape may county you can see the darker purple continuing to lift in and the problem is, the snow is expect ed ed to continun this area for the better part of tomorrow all night and thousaro tomorrow.

nicole petallides at new york stock exchange. nicole?> melissas we're getting breaking news on disney fox deal, this is more precise on the terms, 8-k filing from sec to the company, notifying to investors what would be about interesting developments this is about terminating the deal. if disney were to terminate the deal for some reason under circumstances, failure to obtain regulatory approval, for example, disney would pay $2.5 billion to twenty-first-century-fox under those circumstances. the other way around, twenty-first century fox would pay 1.5 billion to disney under certain conditions including accepting a superior proposal. so this is just pieces information, terms of the deal that are of interest. don't forget fox did have interest, comcast, other suitors have interest in 21st century fox assets but they went with disney because they thought they were more likely to bet regulatory approval. bob iger stays on until 2021. those stocks did well this week. disney up 6%. fox up 3%. melissa: good stuff. david. david: with another c
