no one is going to buy it so if noaa had a regular program called the awesome stuff we do by noaa andone episode was about the fish sniffer, then someone could reference that and be like know the fish never is a guy i saw and he's a nice man. you can't bring a fish sniffer out of nowhere. for me that was hugely important lesson. been the final lesson i learned i think is when you are doing filmmaking like this you have to stop being a filmmaker because being a filmmaker is to eyes want one more shot and to always want to be on the other side of the door. to beat yourself up when you don't and this is not a job where that worked. if the door in the oval office close and i wanted to go to the other side, my own private rule, just relax, don't be a spaz, be calm. as i started to do that i also realized this fly on the wall thing wasn't really working for me. i was pretending i wasn't there, and yet i was with the hair in the camera and the whole mind. i really started to be my authentic self, hang out with the team feel like you are working with people so it became less of a process of d
