noel walker joins us now from oakland where protests are expected to combater in 90 minutes. >> reportergood morning. a few of them camped out overnight. there are not very many places you can practice an ollie and a flip kick. a few protestors camped out here. cal tran's decision to close the state wash. it's an illegal skate park. if you didn't know that all you have to do is take a look at the signs here. people who come here to skate are trespassing on state property. it's not the first time the border town skate park has been threatened with closure. six years ago cal tran wanted to shut it down. the city of oakland stepped in to lease the property and keep it open. last week cal tran said the city declined to renew the lease. just a few blocks away from here. cal tran says the parks are a liability but the people who skate board here say it's a way for them to stay off the streets and stay away from the drugs and to have something to do that they actually like to do. again, they are probably what we can see five protestors. a couple of them walked away. there is a formal protest pl
