noelle walker. >>> we just heard from the fire captain talking about the concern of the fire getting to clear lake oaks. mark, looking at the wind, it looks like the wind is blowing away from that. i am trying to understand how the fire is moving against the wind. is that possible? >> reporter: it is certainly possible. when you have a fire this large, it's generating its own direction. now temperatures have been cooling off. as far as a defined wind. a depined persistent wind it's really not the case. winds calm out of the southwest outside the county line about 11 miles per hour. the fire zone and the gentleman from calfire was saying they want to keep this fire to the south of 20. that's an area of open wilderness. if it were to jump 20, that could include more rapid growth. it has been happening. humidity levels have been coming up mainly around 45 to 57% right now. but i've never seen a fire where the weather conditions have been cooling down and an increase in moisture level doubles in size. but that has been happening. the key factors here have been of course the terrain. litt
