nolan higdon. thank you for joining us. make so they said it was a technical issue. what does that mean to you? what does that mean? obviously, something technically went wrong there. app was down whole platform. >> yeah. this is one of the problems with a private company. have so much power over critical communication and information gathering platforms. we really don't know what happened and we're we have no right to an explanation of this is a private company that doesn't tell us. but because they, you know, control so much of our communication and information gathering and services, you know, would be nice to know what happened. and i think more importantly to know what, if anything, they're doing to ensure that this does not happen again. yeah, i opened up my instagram and like wasn't refreshing. it looked like i had like. >> no posted no followers. i got a little freaked out there for second. but the sides of that like kind of emotional damage i did to myself, there was a loss of revenue. also a loss of stock, probably a little bit. lot of loss of trust from us
