. >> i'm lucy noland. amy's autopsy revealed new details about her death.ox 29's chris o'connell is live at wilmington police headquarters. chris? >> reporter: lucy, this is the news many here in wilmington have been waiting to hear for the last two weeks. three girls students at howard high school have been charged in connection with the death of 16-year-old amy joyner francis. but some say are the charges enough? the three girls suspended from howard high school ever since the day amy joyner francis died are now facing criminal charges. the delaware department of justice charging a 16-year-old girl with criminal negligent homicide and two other girls with lesser crimes of conspira conspiracy. fox 29 is not naming them because they're juveniles. the honor roll student died 90 minutes after a planned attack by three classmates inside a school bathroom. an tonight reveals amy's death resulted not from blunt force trauma but sudden cardiac death due to a pre-existing heart defect. the medical examiner says amy died from a cardiac incident that she was vulnera

. >> i'm lucy noland. the heat has arrived with a vengeance. let's get straight to fox 29's shawnette wilson in lower makefield. shawnette. >> reporter: it was an end to the year field trip to a trenton thunder baseball game, but when they returned here to school, more than a dozen students were sick from the heat. take a look at this video as skyfox flew over the school earlier this afternoon. emergency crews you can see were here on sight. this was around 1:00 o'clock when the students got back here to william penn middle school. officials say a number of them had symptoms of heat related illness. they were treated by a school nurse but ultimately 15 of them were taken to the hospital. rebecca a sixth greater wasn't overcome by the heat but she was on that trip. >> we got back to school, the nurse pretty much just wanted everybody to drink a lot of water and we got all cups and she told to us drink at least three cups of water. >> reporter: and back here live, pennsbury school officials posted on the district website urging parents to remembe

. >> i'm lucy noland. just so tragic. countless septa rider has to find new way home.ox 29's chris o'connell is live at septa headquarters in center city tonight. chris? >> reporter: well, lucy, things are running back to normal tonight on septa's subway lines after a major disruption on the market frankford el at the height of rush hour. police say a man fell on to the tracks and was struck and killed by an on-coming train. we're told the victim was a tourist who just finished seeing the sites of the city. tonight the turn styles were humming again at 15th and market streets. but earlier, this is what it look like from skyfox. >> it was mobbed. it was mobbed. >> reporter: just after 5:00 the market frankford el was shut down after police say a 55-year-old man fell on to the tracks at the 13th street station. >> he was leaning over from the platform looking down the tunnel to see if the train was coming. and that's when he fell on to the tracks and within seconds westbound train struck him. >> reporter: victim was with his wife who witnessed the accident from the platf
