this concerns up in the n non-prof non-profit's financial records but none turns up in herman cain'scial records. they say he's going to pay back the money to the non-profit, but herman cain doesn't list any of this as a debt he needs to pay, doesn't list it as anything else either. first things first, non-profits can't just pay for a campaign. you not only violate serious tax laws by doing that, you also make the candidate you are illegally funding potentially a felon for breaking campaign finance laws. but beyond that potential criminal culpability, there's also the question of where all the money came from. quoting from the "journal sentinel," "the records show prosperity usa, the non-profit in question, received $150,000 in loans from individuals who could not be identified." it's one thing to find out that herman cain's campaign is being illegally funded. it's another thing to figure out who is illegally funding it. joining us now is the reporter who broke this story, a columnist for "the milwaukee journal sentinel." dan, thanks very much for joining us this evening. nice to hav
