the news at noon starts now. this is ktvu fox two news at noon. good afternoon. i'm gasia mikaelian new at noon. san francisco police say the 12 officers were injured in the melee in the mission district early this morning, sfpd posted this video of a fire that was set at the intersection of 24th and harrison just after midnight. they say when responding officers tried to clear the crowd, people threw fireworks and bottles at police . all 12 officers suffered ringing in their ears to have minor burns. police were eventually able to clear the crowd and put out the fire. no arrests were made. fireworks also created concerns for firefighters and real problems. ktvu james torres shows us the overnight problems affecting crews across the bay area. there are 49 holes and just one of these boxes. these holes are shells from where fireworks shoot out of now they're completely empty, their abandoned on the streets of pittsburgh, and they caused a lot of problems for firefighters last night. ring doorbell, video shows, kids and in east bay neighborhood shooting fireworks a
