my name is norman daggleman. hello commissioners. norman daggleman, a long time resident of san francisco and a member of the gray panthers, and i feel that eviction would be a certain death sentence, so that's all i have to say. thank you. >> thank you. that is the only public comment we have today on this item commissioners. >> alright. we'll go to commissioner comments and questions. i did have a question to begin. we did see earlier on in the process that there were transfers being required to be conducted by cms and tragically saw i believe 12 residents after placed in the care of other cms certified facilities had passed away. i know the last time there was a requirement for transfers it was 24 hour notice before we learned from cms that the pause on transfers would continue. at this point, we are 72 hours away from when transfers possibly would need to resume if the pause is not extended by cms. can-i understand there is a very productive working relationship with cms and cdph at this point. could you share with us what is the
