the 50% affordable housing start with the community process and it was established by supervisor norman yee and has been a forum for ongoing community feedback. they created a development parameters document that was attached to the request for proposal and step twj spuds step session of the project creates new apartment buildings and town homes and public streets and utilities, public open space, a 100-seat childcare center and transportation investment and robust workforce development participation. these benefits are codified in the development agreement. i'll focus on two key areas later in the presentation. the new neighborhood will be focussed on families that supported amenities for large bedroom units and accommodating a range of family income.
