it's the north bay. this morning through 4:00 in the afternoon we could see gusts that 40 miles an hour here. if we play this on future cast watch the bright red spots in the afternoon. focused along the coast and in the mountains. mostly in the north bay. gusts to near 40 miles an hour at times. once we get past sunset the wind will calm down and it won't be an issue. that covers the first issue. the second one is the rain. let's time that out. here comes the first chance for rain friday night. at 9:00 we start to see the leading edge of the showers arrived for the far north bay. advancing that through the overnight into very early saturday morning is when we see some of the best rain. that gets us to just before 4:00 saturday morning. noticed a pattern here. it's mainly focused on the north bay. not too terribly heavy. it will be enough that we notice rain. we could get maybe a quarter of an inch of rain out of that. that's friday night through saturday morning. and then a little bit of a break through
