a housewarming party, north arlington ends up with a man shot and killed. ryan hughes is live now near the scene with more. this is a shock to this neighborhood, i know. quiet and nice neighborhood. we are just off sycamore street, only a few blocks away from bishop o'connell high school. we are told that four guys just moved into this house about a month ago and decided to throw a housewarming party. it with an invitation out there on facebook, even told their neighbors, asking them to let them know if they got too loud. around 3:20 this morning, a fight breaks out and a 23-year-old justice shot in the front yard. -- guest is shot in the front yard. a quiet and family-friendly street. -- scene, police tape stretched across 29th street north after a man a shot to death at a housewarming party. >> i was in the basement and we did not hear the gunshots. until we got upstairs and got rounded by the police, that is when the story hit us. >> he says music was playing and the alcohol flowing. about 45 people ha time, when a fight arrives outside around 3:20 this
