for the north bay, east bay and also for the tri valley, hotter temperatures, tri valley no 100s, butou will be pushing into the mid 90s tomorrow for livermore with 94. danville also expecting 91. the forecast this week, all be it, has been very complicated and you can see we're still tracking remnant moisture from tropical storm guillermo. all the way down near hawaii. it looks like this will continue to get mixed into our flow the next two days. so what is this going to mean for us? by thursday night, our storm system begins to develop offshore. at about 8:30. as that begins to progress closer by 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning on friday, you can see the forecast models picking up on a little bit of shower activity. nothing major. but as we head throughout friday morning, by 5:00, you can see some bulls-eyes developing up here. some stronger intensities of rainfall near santa rosa. it's having a hard time producing some of this rainfall towards the east bay and the south bay. i still think we'll have some isolated storm cells as far south as san jose. so again, for friday morning, this

you can see as we look at the sky camera network now, 81 in the north bay. 71 and down to the south bay currently 81. mainly clear skies throughout the bay area. as we head throughout tomorrow morning, you will find the low clouds coming back, typical fog in san francisco and 60 and a few clouds for the south bay. we have a lot going on in the west here when it comes to weather this week. right now we have this area of high pressure building across the desert southwest. we have hotter temperatures associated with this, also monsoonal moisture. i don't think we'll get any storms out of this, but temperatures will increase as we head throughout tuesday's forecast, and we'll also have a touch of humidity. and then as we look ahead towards this weekend, all eyes are focused on a storm system that, yes, is going to be centered well to the north of the bay area, but it still could bring us the showers and also some cooler temperatures. u now the forecast models and the way things look. what we're going to look at first is the european model and unfortunately there

we'll take you to the morning forecast, and it will be in the typical areas here in the north bay. nsula and even a few patchy low clouds to the south bay and 61 degrees. now in the forecast we're going to start off with something totally different, and that is tropical storm guillermo. this will be impacting hawaii right now winds at 65 miles per hour. not expecting to be a direct hit. it's going to be heading off to the north of islands. but windy here wednesday, thursday and friday. as rainfall totals could be as high as 1, maybe 2 inches. we're focusing on this storm system because it definitely could be impacting our weather. now here's how. it's not the storm system is going to take some erratic turn and head towards the bay area but some of the tropical moisture associated with this could make it towards california. it's got a long way to go but it looks like we may see some of that branch off. i really think the next 48 hours, though it will be all about the cool breeze at the immediate coastline, keeping that fog in place. but by friday's forecast that's when we do have the

firefighters are battling a new massive wildfire in the north bay. this latest fire is caughted the jerusalem fire. fire officials say it started before 4:00 this afternoon. right now, there is a mandatory evacuation order in place. this for homes in the jerusalem valley area east of spruce road, not clure home people are affected by the ore tonight. the fire is just off highway 29 south of clear lake, firefighters say it's creeping closer to the rocky fire which is only 10 miles away. >> we don't have an estimate for the potential growth of the fire or number of acres, but it is slowly moving towards the southeast corner of the rocky fire. >> right now, cal fire is shifting resources from the 70,000 acre rocky fire to this one. at this time, rob, the conditions out there are making this really tough. >> again, seeing dry conditions out there, the jerusalem fire are not far away, ten miles south of the rocky fire burn area, and during the day, there was a video, the column plume associated with the fire, takes on thunderstorm-like characteristics whi
