tonight for the north bay, east bay and parts of the south bay. let's show you where the heat was coming from today, it's all about this area of hot high pressure sitting across the west. so, again, this brought us those uncomfortable temps for the bay area. but the change we're going to see as we move through tomorrow is the area of high pressure moving off to the east. think of it as a conveyor belt, as it moves off to the east, it's going to allow another system to move in. that's that cooler area of low pressure. this will help to drop the temperatures in the coming days and get the fog going at the coastline. i think it's going to be a lot more comfortable tomorrow and wednesday and thursday. as we roll into the tuesday morning forecast you can see the fog at the immediate coast line and the fog rolling in there to san francisco, oakland and a patch of clouds for the north bay. mostly clear elsewhere to the east bay and south bay. the big change is we will continue to keep the foggy breeze right here through the coast. that will help temperat

large sections of the north bay. e east bay all the way up towards sacramento dealing with those exceptional drought and state water officials, in fact, say this year's drought is much drier and hotter. then past droughts. in fact, the state's 1500 reservoirs are only about. >> half full is what see is drier it right. drought normally droughts are so wet but when you look at the reservoir, you see just how low they are compared what we've seen in years past when we thought it was bad instead of looking like a reservoir that looks like a river like stream like it could trickle at the yeah. that in fact, state officials said they were hoping to get about 500,000 acre feet of water to flow into these reservoirs earlier this year and that never happened. >> and put that into perspective. one acre foot, which is about the size of a football field the water one foot deep one acre foot. okay. thank you. that's enough to supply a household for a year to households, i should say, fo were hoping to get 500,000 of those. >> can
