look at the hills, the hills up in the north bay. look at the red.ghter the red, the stronger the wind. plow we have a bull's eye. these are the winds, particularly the ones surrounding napa bay. i have the cities align upped here. it's about a 15 miles per hour breeze breezy, not that big of a deal. in the mountains, surrounding the valley where we get into the shades of red, with could see winds. the winds coming from the interior and going to the coast. these are dry winds and now you have a red-flag warning. it's issued by the national weather service not necessarily for you, but for firefighters to give them a heads up so they stay on guard because they have to have everything on the ready. when you hear red-flag warning, you know you have to be careful too. no sparks or grass over the next 24 hours particularly here in the hills. it's in effect now through sunday. gusts to near 60 miles per hour and low humidity. it includes the mountains, just to the east of point ray and there's more of a focus with the hills around napa. ev on the map shaded
