my name is lance and i'm a resident of north beach. i also support extending the transit into the fisher man's wart. i read the study submitted by the ct a and m t c, the very first thing on the scope, one of the items that was requested of the people requesting the funds is the level of input into the prioritization process. and, that wasn't answered in the thing, in the bottom here. as far as i know, i don't recall any public requests or input on this or at least open public input. page two under city objective, it says three possible alignments will be examined as part of the initial study. at last week's meeting, we raised a point. we asked, okay, of the three possible alignments, are you considering any surface options and they indicated that yes, they would be. we sent some /skpwaoepbs the planners at s fmta and s f g ta and received no reapplies. we don't know what the alignments are and what surface will be considered. the /sur plan is the primary being s sfcta managing this study. it seems like it would be much better for the

joe dimaggio playground in north beach was one of the first in the city built for children. we had the carousel out at golden gate park but before 1900's parks were for grownups and in 1907 the city of san francisco set aside money for parks for children and north beach because of the 10aments were designated one of the two most needy sites in the city and that hasn't changed and over a hundred years and still some of the neediest neighborhoods when it comes to open space so unfortunately i can't promise the children grass and sand and trees and a place to get away and dig and plant as much as i would like but i can promise i would like work with some of the youth commissioners and some of the children that have come here today. i would like to work out to figure out as your supervisor my staff and i can help connect the youth of district 3 with programs that can help open up some of these opportunities for them. i know there's a lot of good programs already in district 3, but i would like to see how we can do a better job of corporate sponsorships of opportunities and i kno

one door away from me always running to either the boyfriend or some other person coming back to north beach place. he's been hiding out at 567 bay street have their little gang members observe everything from safe way to wal greens scomb the parking lot and it doesn't make any sense that nobody has to live like that and north beach place sent me a letter talking about compliants. i'm not out of compliance to putting an alarm system in my house i've had problems with their maintenance man and i have a meeting date with them next wednesday i i haven't even torn that house up if anything i brought it up to code. like i said i'm kind of up in rings about that i've had nothing but all kinds of problems with them. i had a dishwasher that loosened they didn't have no work order to keep coming into my house they were trying to turn it into a dope house one time i walked into my house and all i smelled was dope before i got in there so it's an ongoing problem so if you are talking about complaints those employees should have been gone last year thank you. >> thank you so much. thank you miss lark. n
