it broke out as the bus was touring north beach yesterday. all 15 people got out okay. two went to the hospital for smoke inhalation. they are out of hospital and doing okay. >>> the self-driving uber suv involve in that crash did not stop because the emergency braking system was turned off. the video released by police, can you see it here, shows the moments leading up to the suv hitting and killing a woman back in march in arizona. investigators say the car's self-driving system spotted the woman about six seconds before the crash. but the braking system determined only a second before impact that emergency braking was needed. >>> motorized scooters are a hot topic right now. and leaders laid out their plan to regulate them in the city. the new san francisco powered scooter program requires a permit to park a scooter on the sidewalk or other public spaces. it comes after nearly 2,000 clients about scooters blocking sidewalks and riders bumping into pedestrians. after june 4th, there will be fines for people without a permit. >>> it's a thrill for any teacher or parent
