if you are heading up to seattle or portland, that's where some moderate to heavy rain, north of california now. we had our share in northern california yesterday. but that's a good sign that high pressure has decided to build in in a big way. we have a little bit of fog out there. not a lot. but there's some mainly going north to south. it's not making much of an impact for inland areas. mostly clear. patchy fog. a lot of sun. it will be warmer for most. 41 napa due to the lack of cloud cover. there are areas in the 40s or 50s. a little cooler. we'll rebound fast. you can see why. it's a roller coaster heading up. that means a lot of sun. warmer temps. above average, you might expect. we should be 62, 68. most locations will be well above that with a lot of low to mid-70s. we'll see how long this pattern lasts. here's sal with an update on the traffic. slow but anything? >>> we do have a couple of things. for the most part, the headline is slow traffic around the bay area. we'll start off with the eastshore freeway and show you that the carquinez bridge to the macarthur maze run is taking
