north carolina today.. after speaking to a large crowd at arizona state university in tempe last night. she made an all out pitch to latino voters.. even asking them at one point - if they could imagine trump as president appointing maricopa county sheriff joe arpaio as secretary of homeland se another hurdle for voters in arizona... after a federal appeals court voted to reconsider a ruling -- where a panel of its own judges refused to block a new state law that makes it a felony to collect early ballots from voters. the law bars get-out-the vote groups from collecting ballots from voters and delivering them to election offices. yesterday's decision means an 11 judge panel will have to reconsider the case just six days before the election. growing concern this like we saw earlier this year. dozens of early voting locations open at eight this morning... and on wednesday we already saw some long lines. team 12's nico santos is live with more. we're already hearing from we're already more. we're already hearing from voters that they're waiting ?hours at some early voting center wouldn't h
