it will be north bay thursday and friday, it may take awhile for those systems to get south of san francisco, oakland and concord, flash flood watch, and the heaviest rain in the north bay, i wouldn't worry about anything until friday. san jose may not get much rain. 60s and 70s, clouds on the increase. we start off with fog, the system we're waiting for is right there. it will be in for the north bay for sure. not until thursday night and friday, for others it will be cloudy and mild. 40s on the temperatures, 45 for livermore, upper 40s for pittsburgh antioch and brentwood, 42 in alamo and half mile in santa rosa, ten miles fairfield concord and three, there's pockets of thick not widespread. there he is a cone of the a easterly or northeasterly breeze. we're getting an offshore breeze for some which is bringing some of that fog for the valley as well. high clouds will continue to roll in, just an increase in the clouds and the system we're waiting for will be here tomorrow. but, it may take awhile to get passed the north bay areas of the south. there in lies the rub, two systems one coming in thursday and frid
