it's a public library in north hampton. calvin coolidge is the last u.s. president not to have a free standing named after him presidential library. since coolidge, all other american presidents we've had, even nixon, they have an edifice built somewhere in their honor. the tourist brochure from the national archives about all the presidential libraries includes this kind of creepy map that seems like the disembodied heads loom over regions of the country. look at poor arizona. they have nothing to do with nixon, but he looms over the state like a death's head. this map showed all the different places you could go in the country as a member of the public to explore the modern presidents and the things they have preserved for history about their presidency. as of today, as of may 1, 2013, you can add a new one. brochure is now out of date. down there in dallas, texas, today, the george w. bush presidential library and museum officially opened to the public for the first time, and i think it is important to know, i think it should probably be said every time
