most of our heavy rain is across washington state and north idaho. seattlele you can expect a cloud the canes and cool day. most will be cool in the 60s as that center of low pressure if tracks in and it's going to come back as we get in to next week. now in the northeast right now we've got dry conditions but you've got cold temperatures, too. in fact, as we get down in to the 30s across the mountains we have a freeze warning in effect an we also have frost advisories. and the frost advisories are stretching from maine to new hampshire and vermont and in to pennsylvania. so, cool in a lot of our valleys with the temperatures dropping down. we will wake up in the 40s, some areas in the 50s. most of us near the upper 40s. we'll feel that in the highs as well. some sunshine but cool 70s. now the midwest is a different story. we're staying 10 to 15 degrees above normal. we're going to have a hot day in tulsa in to the mid 90s. >> rebecca, thanks. weather is being blamed for a massive traffic pile up in england. more than 100 cars were involved in this b

north idaho, right above 7,000 feet. wet snow an hour ago now we're looking at accumulations getting closer to two inches. it's coming down heavily in the mountains from idaho into western montana. even sunrise mountain close to mount rainier got snow earlier this morning. this was a picture taken this morning. roadways are still too wet, especially below 6,000 feet. so some wet snow is melting off, but in other places we're concerned about potential power outages like in butte, montana, georgetown lake. there are places that are pretty high in western montana and we have a storm warning for you. advisories surrounding you idaho and nevada where we're starting to see freeze warnings pop up in nevada as temperatures cool off under mostly clear skies to the south, but starting to get the showers into the rockies for nevada and eventually utah as well. i'll have details for this storm and what we'll do for the rest of the country coming up next. >> thank you. uncertainty for smart phone company blackberry tonight. still ahe

idaho and also western portions of montana. as right now we are looking at some heavier rainfall falling down across 85 from seattle just north of portland. by the end of the day the rain is going to spread into northern portions of california. we could see anywhere from four to eight inches of rain by monday. so we do have some flash flood watches and warnings in effect as that area of low pressure makes its way on shore. so in the next couple of days we won't be looking at much if any sunshine, jut overcast scies and that rain will continue to accumulate, tuesday into wednesday, warnings are in effect across northern and coastal portions of washington state. we have the threat for gusty winds in excess of 60 miles per hour. rough seas going to be out there and we're going ocontinue to have to deal with torrential rain along 85. now you can see because of the -- along i-5. temperatures around 60° far cry from chicago where they will reach 82 today. not tomorrow, that cold front will continue to spill moisture into much of minnesota and into portions of oklahoma. a strong thunderstorm rakes through, noting too ang across oklahom
