the key is not educating the common man in it north korea. .t is educating the elites senior politicals and leaders. a lot of them can be done in a very subtle way. north koreans love it south korean soap operas and dvds. they will see them again and again. these are messages we should be welcome to have defectors out of their nuclear programs. we will pay them handsomely. we are prepared to let them know that if they have a war, it is not going to be a pretty thing. this is based on warnings...
