block away from the scene of a deadly shooting just last week at a nightclub on north capital avenue. georgia mean de la vega joins us from the scene of the most recent attack. georgia mean, you just spoke with police. >> reporter: police tell me they do have one man in custody for assault with a deadly weapon for this crime. it happened inside here at the dzo sports bar and restaurant. there's a lot of followup investigation going on back at the station. this time it's unknown if there are any more suspects. the shots were fired at ten last night inside the club. police tell me there was an argument that broke out between men, and it'slated. officers say there were about 0 people in the pub at the time of the shooting. they interviewed many of them and canvassed the area, looking for evidence. i'm told people have been cooperative. police did detain several people, and in our video, you can see one person in handcuffs being put in a patrol vehicle. investigators were also able to get their hand on surveillance video, which shows the argument and all the commotion that followed. however, it did not capture t
