police found 32 spent shell casings on the scene there in north philadelphia. the woman who was sitting next to him at the time of the shooting police say possibly an innocent bystander is now at temple university hospital being treated. fortunately for her, she in stable condition this morning. and now, police search for surveillance video in hopes of identifying a suspect, in this shooting. now there is all happened around 11:30 lags night, on the 2100 block of uber street in stanton, when police arrived, they found two shooting victims, 24 year old man, and 46 year old woman, the man had collapsed on the sidewalk, shot about ten times. police say he was the intended target. nearby on her front steps was cents a woman shot in the leg. police say she could be an innocent victim. witnesses tell police the pair was sitting on the steps, when two men in hooded sweatshirts approached the shot. the woman again is in stable condition here at temple. the man was also taken to temple where he later died. >> based on balistic evidence, woe know that at least 32 shots w

university students was tied up and then robbed at gunpoint during this home invasion last night in north philadelphia. if you take a look at the video, you can see the scene we're talking about this all happened 8:30 sunday night, all at off campus housing. in the 1900 block of north 18th street. police say two men with gunned enters the home, tied up six people inside, investigators say one of the students was also pistol whipped. the university sent out alert to temple university students about the incident and asked students to avoid the area. school officials are also asking anyone with information to call police. unfortunately, there is no detailed description of the suspects at this point. only that they are two men in their two's, one of them with facial hair, and wearing bucks county community college sweatshirt. now, medics were on scene last night, but we're told no one had to be taken to the hospital. it is also unclear this morning just how much these robbers got away with during this overnight robbery. coming to you live from temple university, jan carabeo, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> so
