philadelphia. camden, gloucester counties in new jersey, parts of the lehigh valley and less than an inch the farther north you go. this has been a southern storm so far, just a ton of rain we were five inches in deficit two weeks ago. now, philadelphia is only an inch deficit to the south. it's amazing what a southern change in the weather pattern can do for you. it's fall-like since the upper level low has been stuck in place, 75 tuesday, the numbers go nowhere over the last several days. wednesday, 671, thursday, 65 and yesterday, 63 feeling like the 50s. pressure is rising. the winds out of the northeast 10 miles per hour. 50s to the north, low 60s to the south. high temperatures today will top out around 67 to 69 degrees. again, it's all thanks to the upper level low still sitting there across the ohio valley this morning. you can see the train of showers and embedded downpours lifting north and that means more clouds for us and the lehigh valley and the potential of more showers. it sits and spins and spins and spins. this is a 12 hour loop. the jet stream that pushes these guys out of the way has li
