philadelphia north, just light rain now. and for parts of south jersey and new castle county which were already saturated from previous rain, now have dried out. so a good sign for those areas. at the shore, still half an inch or more falling per hour at the tip of cape may county. lewis beach now more of a light steady rain that is falling. if we track along the shore line here from atlantic city to ship bottom, also some fairly heavy rain falling. but you go out to right near that line of camden and gloucester county and the rain has pretty much stopped falling in those areas. so a good sign. still though flooding has already been reported in these areas. look at these estimated rain totals so far. this is just estimated based off radar, but it looks very accurate to me. about 5 inches in atlantic county, 2 areas northern cape may county. but closer to 2 1/2 in the southern tip may county. this is neighborhood weather. pull it out a little wider, look at philadelphia. half an inch. that is very close to the exact report at
