it straightened out but the crash is still out here blocking the ramp so coming north on 26th street away from the plattdge you're not getting through headed toward the schuylkill. go up 95 and go around that way as an alternate. between 95 and the schuylkill expressway you're also not getting through on the vine. it remains shut down for overnight construction between broad street and the schuylkill. should be reopening within a few minutes. have a sinkhole along venango in kensington still closing that down. some overnight construction still wrapping up along the tacony palmyra bridge and the walt whitman bridge, some 20 minute stoppages there until 5 o'clock and there's a crash early this morning in lower providence along egypt road at rittenhouse road but no problems on 422 as we kick things off on this tuesday morning. tam. >> okay, thank you, matt. >>> and we begin here with some breaking news. at least one person was killed in a two-car crash in bucks county. this happened at frosty hollow road in upper orchard drive in middletown township around 12:30 this morning. police say one car was attempt
