a double homicide in north richmond. man and a woman are dead and another woman is in the hospital this morning. anser hassan has the very latest in richmond. >> reporter: good morning. i just finished speaking with richmond police. we have new information on the double fatal shooting from last night. here's what we know right now. police arrived on scene at an apartment complex in the 400 block of bissell avenue in north richmond at 10:15 p.m. last night where they found two people dead on the sidewalk. they are only identified as a man and woman both in their 30s. a third victim a female is in the hospital this morning with serious injuries but she is expected to survive. police don't have any suspects in custody. but they believe the double homicide may be related to an earlier shooting 30 minutes earlier on gertrude avenue at 94:57 p.m. a 23-year-old male was shot in that incident at 9:45 p.m. for these residents in north richmond it's been a tough three weeks. three people were killed on the 4th of july weekend. last
