north texas was already singled out by the secretary talking about their mobile unit. we have some amazing projects, and i want you to see all of the projects. but if you turn to the center of the book. you see infrastructure, we took it from the president's council's definition. infrastructure is everything from transmission and broadband to road construction. and we jumped on road construction. turns out federal grants for road construction require on-the-job training meaning people have a curriculum they must follow on the job. something we know in workforce. they also required that more women be hired in construction. they also asked more veterans be hired in construction and more minority vendors. we made a pact with northgate, we started out with a different company. we have three companies working on our sector initiative. northgate was ready and willing and had the jobs. their challenge was grant diversity. they needed women to do construction. that is not easy. i've done this business, for many, many years putting women in construction jobs and hard hats, we h

it's the number one in bakken, north dakota and eagle ford for shale in north texas. eagle ford is so bountiful. those are the two largest domestic oil discoveries since prudhoe bay, more than a generation ago. company has been growing its oil production and reserves like crazy as part of its shift away from low-priced natural gas and towards much higher margin oil and nat gas liquids. we just heard from eog's excellent ceo, mark papa, last week. man, was he bullish about the company's prospects. the last quarter was truly spectacular. eog has given us some phenomenal gains lately, but i still think the stock is real cheap based on its incredible asset base and amazing oil production growth. remember that they could sell bakken and still have -- if they sold eagle ford, it would be worth the whole price of the company. be careful, though. this stock gets clipped pretty badly on days like today when crude drops. fourth on the riskier side, now i want you to consider national oilwell varco, nov. leading maker of oil rigs and drilling equipment. 70% market share. how did
