wale it's happened again, folks. a shark attack in the waters off north carolina's outer banks. it is the seventh time someone has been attacked by a shark along a north carolina coast in just the past three weeks. dan sheneman has our story. >> reporter: for the third time in a week a swimmer was attacked off north carolina's outer banks. this latest attack happened off ocracoke island when officials say a 67-year-old man was in the water up to his waist when a shark grabbed him and dragged him under the water. he suffered bites to his leg, hands. before being airlifted to a hospital. >> the news spread quickly on the beach that it was shark attack or a shark bite. and so you know, obviously everybody got out of the water. >> this incident was the seventh confirmed shark attack in north carolina in just three weeks. victims include an 18-year-old who nearly died. 12 and 16-year-olds who lost limbs. a charlotte man who suffered several bites and is lucky to be alive. >> i could see the fin slowly coming by me. and i felt myself instinctively punching the shark realizing that a s
