we will talk about a wind advisory for the northbay hills, this could be expanded to include east bay as well but right now a wind advisory until 10 am monday, strong wind especially later in the day on sunday, really highlighting sunday evening. when can be gusting up to 50 miles an hour. here is the fire danger, all of the areas shaded in red, just in place the red flag warning. strong wind loit will be up in the northbay, up above 50 miles an hour but to some of the strong winds actually making it closer to the valleys. we could have wind around 30 to 35 miles an hour. it will be a gradual process throughout the day on sunday. officially this is the red flag warning that begins in two hours, midnight sunday all the way until 12 pm monday, northern wind, very dry conditions and humidity right around 10%. fire season continues here in the bay area and you can argue this is the peak of the fire season. the main reason is you can see this area of high pressure offshore, another disturbance to the east of the bay area, that will set the stage and change wind direction and also accelerat

people in santa rosa coffey park neighborhood are among those marking a year since the devastating northbay wildfires. allie rasmus is live at the park to give us a look at the progress that is being made in rebuilding the neighborhood. >> reporter: now that the sun is up, we can get a better view of what the neighborhood, the full neighborhood, looks like. in the last half hour we have seen it coming alive with construction activity with a contractor and pickup trucks and construction vehicles driving by. we have seen them over the last half hour. this is coffee lane where we are. we can see a couple of homes in various stages of rebuilding. this one has the framing and sheeting. at the end of the cul-de-sac, it is built up between, there is still an empty lot with the american flag in front. across the street you can see two homes that already have the framing up. we were talking to the contractor and he told us that

it marks a year since the start of the devastating northbay wildfires.s in the coffey park neighborhood will hold a remembrance gathering tonight at 7 pm. it is hosted by the community group coffee strong and organizers say that they will express gratitude to first responders and give thanks for the generosity of those near and far that helped the neighborhood in the long and ongoing recovery process many of the people that lost their neighborhoods and the fires came together in santa rosa yesterday. they held a bellringing ceremony, reciting the names of the 44 people that were killed in the fires that burned for weeks across several counties. people also used chalk to draw or write whatever they were feeling on the sidewalk this is a time to reunite with friends that have been burned out of the area and have not been able to return. >> it is a happy and so glad to see you. how are you doing? finding out what phase they are in. trauma counselors were on hand and they said that the grieving process is different for anybody that goes through a major traum
