this is 8:00, by the time we get to 9:00, we are seeing showers in the northbay. this is phase one.s it looked, there's going to be a break in the action and it is going to come by the time we get to the early afternoon. this is the point in the morning we are all getting light rain. and look how it clears out. we will go into the middle of the day and there probably won't be a lot, maybe some scattered showers for the northbay. there's always a chance at any point of the day you will have some light rain coming through. then, as we get towards sunset, 5:00, 6:00, the more noticeable rain comes back for the northbay at that point. and that will work south from there, we will be seeing widespread rain getting down to the golden gate by 7:00 tonight, and from there to work its way down to the south bay. and after 10:00 tonight, it will clear out and we will be done. but it's really not until about 3:00, 4:00 in the morning before the stragglers are out of here. if we look at the totals, maybe 7/10 of an inch of rain. it is not overwhelming, we don't anticipate widespread flooding but
