here on the southbound 280 to northbound 85 connector ramp. you have the tractor and the two trailers. they have just been righted. this was the images we captured about 15 minutes ago. the wrecking company out here, just righted the second trailer using air bags along with the tractor that pulls it. right now what they're trying to do is to attach those vehicle parts to a rig, wrecker so it can be towed out of here. the estimate right now is that it'll probably take an hour to get all the vehicles out of here and the roadway cleaned up. so you're looking at 7:30, possibly even as late as 7:45 before this connector ramp is reopened. that's good news because last report we were hearing it could be as late as 8:00. now you're looking at maybe just another hour, 1 hour, 15 minutes. it was a solo accident. the driver telling us he was coming around this bend, says he was going around 25 miles an hour when he believes the load shifted. he has two trailers full of dry cement when he believes the load in his back trailer shifted causing the entire ri
