a problem on the boulevard northbound right near cottman avenue.e were just alerted that it is going to be shut down because of conditions there. so it's likely going to be closed for a short period of time so crews can get in to treat the area, but we are told the conditions are pretty tough there. this is the blue route northbound near ridge pike in the plymouth meeting area. we have the jackknifed tractor-trailer out there so one lane of traffic was getting by a few minutes ago. we have intermittent closures of all lanes but intermittent for a couple minutes. that's what we are seeing. we just had 309 southbound closed at bethlehem pike due to an accident but one lane is open there now. as we take a look at the lehigh valley near route 22 and eastbound we have an accident here in this camera. you can see how far back the delay goes, so a big-time delay out there on 22 eastbound near cedar crest boulevard. if you're taking septa this morning, trains and trolleys operate on a regular schedule. we will keep you updated if we do see a report. we kno
