the next system south of kansas city, heavy driving rains near little rock and northeast of dallas and pulling east oklahomaity. rounding the bend and come up the eastern seaboard. it's another dose of heavy rain for us, unfortunately. some locations could pick up as much as 2, 3, inches of rain. flash flooding is a concern and this part of our viewing area is of concern. future tracker 6, 7:00 a.m., heavy drenching downpours north and west. by lunchtime, the coverage begins to expands. everybody gets in on the act after lunch. some areas could pick up 1, 2, maybe 3 inches. it is this area here salem, cumberland, gloucester and cape may county, from that point south you'll see thunderstorms with gusts up to 60 or 65 miles per hour maybe large hail. tuesday morning that hits the coast, everything dries out and clears. it's one day of concern. lightning high probability you'll see numerous cloud to grounds lightning strikes. heavy drenching downpours, strong winds a concern south of the city, large hail and isolated tornadoes we'll keep that on the low side. it's an active day coming off a nice quiet day. 78
