as we look live in northeast philadelphia, a change just during the commercial break.mp from woodhaven road, route 63 eastbound to go south on 95. the issue is right here, a tractor-trailer that jackknifed just about a half hour ago and so now police are out there, they set up the flares and the ramp is shut down meaning all of this traffic that's headed east on woodhaven trying to get to 95 is forced to go north on 95 up towards street road where they're going have to flip so if you're trying to get on 95 southbound do so via street road or academy, the ramp from woodhaven road eastbound to 95 southbound is blocked at this point. we'll be keeping tabs on that and as always we're keeping tabs on the suburbs. problem this morning left over from last night and you know how i feel about the leftovers is except for those thanksgiving leftovers which are delicious. in east nottingham baltimore pike closed because of a downed pole and wires near twin house road. use barnsley road or route one oxford bypass to get around that closure. still construction from the overnight sou
