found on 45th street in northeast washington. not far from the aquatic garden. this crime happened early friday morning. two security guards were working and in the personal cars, central garden apartment complex off of 214 in capital heights when the gunmen approached. opened fire. one of the men was killed. 26-year-old adrian kennar. he wanted to be a police officer. and one of the reasons why. we spoke to him in 2012 when his own brother was murdered. at the time he said that he just couldn't take any more of this violence. he grew and decided to be a police officer and was working at a security guard. plans to take the exam to become a police officer soon. but again, at this point what the police tell us is they have found this car. they are asking anyone with information about a black 2012 dodge charger temporary paper bags. 45th near the kenneth worth aquatic garden. give them a phone call. it would be the great break they need to make an arrest in this case. prince george county police headquarters brad bell abc7 news. kimberly: important information, tha

reporting live from northeast washington, sam ford, abc7 news. kimberly: right now reaction is pouring in after a judge ruled to cancel the redskins trade mac registration. this is the latest chapter in the battle to change the team's name. maryland bureau chief brad bell is live at fedex field with what all of it means brad. i imagine it means a lot of money. brad: well, it could down the road. at this point the truth of the matter is that the ruling does not mean that the team has to stop using the name. it doesn't even mean they have lost trademark protection. all it means is that a judge says the name is viewed as disparaging by many and therefore the government does not have to print it in their register of trademarks. this is an old battle originally brought in the year 2006 by a group of native american activists. a complaint against the trademark office saying that the team can't use the logo the names because it's disparaging. well, they won that argument. a court declared victory some time ago. today, what happened was the judge ruled a
