nearly two dozen members of a northern illinois university fraternity are facing charges in the death of a 19-year-old freshman. arrest warrants have been issued for 22 members of the fraternity. five of the warrants are for hazing. the other 17th fraternity brothers are facing charges for misdemeanor charges. the 19-year-old was found unresponsive at the frat house in november. the corners of his blood alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit which contributed to a cardiac arrhythmia. firefighters in new jersey had their hands full with a commercial building fire this morning. it was a seven-alarm fire at a building and the city of elizabeth. it houses an auto repair business. no word on what sparked the flames and there are no reports of injuries. still to come -- a new device could be the key to treating macular degeneration and we will have details coming up. >> just a few sprinkles are showing up on the radar right now but nothing major to worry about. the winds are picking up and the temperatures are as well. we will have details we come back. this is a live look o
