panhandle of west virginia, and frederick and clark counties in toward virginia. then a frost advisory. howard, montgomery, over toward loudoun, down toward northern faulk here. this area could see a pretty good frost early tomorrow morning and then, well, then we'll just see the chance for some rain increase during the day. no rain to talk about right now on storm 4 radar. but as we widen out we move back to the west. and this is was coming. big-time severe thunderstorms going on into portions of kansas and then up toward the north some heavy rain. but this is the rain that's going to be affecting us. it's a warm front and it's moving our way very, very slowly. most of the time with a warm front our rain is fairly light to moderate. i don't expect much in the way of heavy rain. this evening cool and rather breezy. we are seeing the sunshine out there. tomorrow just cool, cloudy, and rather damp. the showers coming through along the warm front here. i think we'll see our best chan of rain after the 5:00 hour. could see some more earlier than that. but i think the best chance of a steady rain will be after about 5:00 into about 6:00, 7:00. the farther west you

well including western parts of pennsylvaniand northern west virgina a second area of severe weather is expected across parts of kansas and texas panhandlend large hail and damaging winds and isolated tornados will be a concern. the major concern i hail and damaging winds. we're not looking for a major tornado outbreak expected. tomorrow, severe weather expected throughout minnesota. warm air ahead of it and that is firing up the showers and thunderstorms across the midwest and even into interior portions of the northeast and bringing in that possibility for severe weather. now there is a lot of moisture with some of these storms as well. aside from severe weather we're seeing floodin concerns. you showed the images, jamie and we're seeing portions of heavy rain in oklahoma and missouri where we have flood warnings because the storms produce as much as two to three inches of rain in o hour. that is lot of water in a short period of time producing flooding. we'll keep our eye on the storms throughout the afternoon today. jamie: we know you will. thanks. jon? david: a former top cia official is defending use of so-called enhanced interroga
