yesterdays high was 46 and on long island, 36 northport and looking at 40 toward the eastern end. we are looking at these temperatures this morning to continue to warm from south to north so the farther north you'll go white plains 31, 33 andover, bridgeport now 34 so here in the northern suburbs, the northwest suburbs those freezing temperatures down to the jersey shore it's already 48 so winter weather advisory until 8:00 in the lower part of the hudson river valley the 11:00 where it's colder and that sleet hangs on a little bit longer so here is our rain/snow line we call that the pink shades of sleet and that's right there above i80, a little spot of snow around andover, and a little snow popping up here along 91 toward hartford but mostly it's sleet and the blue area you'll see those areas are rain. it's rainy across long island, very heavy rain in central southern jersey and have to be on the look out for that because it can create flooding issues so overnight about a quarter of an inch in most spots but on our futurecast our computer model here is that rain/snow line acros
