a northwest wind., the northwest winds, they come down the mountains, from high elevations to the north and west. most of these mountains are 2,000 to 3,000 feet. as the winds come down the mountains, they tend to heat up a couple of degrees. even 4, 5, 6, 7 degrees. but they also tend to dry out. when we get a real southerly or southwesterly wind or southeasterly wind, that can heat up up. and that's what we think might happen maybe early next week. to the north of us, still have the showers and storms. because that's the dividing line between cooler air and this warmer air that is coming from the south and southwest. but for the most part, we're looking at really clear skies. just a few clouds hanging across pennsylvania. high pressure going to head off the east coast: that means warm temperatures continue. to the north, sunday afternoon, our front will get close to the region, late in the day sunday. may make it into the philadelphia area. and there could be some showers up that way. extreme northea
