we do have an incident that we've been following in northwest d.c. georgia avenue was closed between decatur street and emerson street because of police activity and ongoing investigation in the area. georgia avenue once again open in northwest for you to access. let's take a live look outside as you travel 270 heading in from frederick down through germantown toward the beltway in bethesda. a little bit of volume there but everyone is moving. no problems to report on 66 as you are heading inbound as well. traveling the beltway, you will find a smooth trip in maryland and virginia. northbound 95, no issues to report for you. 395 hooks good from the beltway across the 14th street bridge into the district. some other good news that we've got for this hit. we've got word from metro that there will be normal service on both the blue and orange lines. around 7:00 last night, an outbound blue line train derailed at the roslyn station. there were about a thousand passengers on the six-scar train at that time but no one was hurt. so good news there. both the

investigators trying to figure out what started this house fired on underwood in northwest d.c. it started about 8:30 this evening. fire officials say it began on the second floor of the duplex. nobody was inside. so far no injuries have been reported. >> there is outrage from the parents of three people killed in a drunk driving crash in maryland. today a panel of three judges reduced the sentence for the driver in that crash. that man was kevin coffett. in may, coffett admitted he was drunk, slam the vehicle into a tree and left the scene with his friend still in the car. coffett received a 20-year prison sentence. today that sentence was reduced to eight years with five years probation. the parents of those youngsters who were killed say it sends the wrong message. >> this sentence sends the message that the lives of our three children are virtually meaningless. if you are out there, hear this news, you want to drink and drive. come here because you will get away with it. you will get away with murder look this kid is getting away with. >> prosecutors say he is eligible for p
