we are drawing a line from boston right around norwood and providence. if you are south and east it is rain showers and anything north and west, we hold onto the cold and icy and not causing power outages, it is about travel. freezing rain to three a.m. and may be extended longer. but hour by hour i'm not expecting warming to take place. the same areas, boston north and west, you all stay in the 20s to lower 30s looking at icing for tomorrow morning and as the showers move out, still a little bit of fog and dampness and below freezing we won't see the melting. nasty stuff for the final day of 2015. for mid-morning the showers will depart and the sun will come out and the wind picks out and dryer air flows in. temperatures start to rise and the clouds break up as we head to midday and seeing sun and it is breezy near 40s and for the evening if you are traveling tomorrow night, there will be some refreezing and anything that melts and otherwise no weather issues. a high of 45 in boston and 47 in hyannis and southern new hampshire and parts of northern woos
